Hello and Welcome to Massage Therapy with Melissa Johnston, your headquarters for therapeutic massage and pain relief! I decided to start my own Massage Therapy business after years of working inside of a Chiropractic and Physical Therapy office. I absolutely love the field and helping people get real results is a passion of mine. My style of massage is considered therapeutic and many of my clients come in anywhere from weekly to monthly for their pain relief needs. Working in the medical field has given me the advantages needed to get ahead in this business by walking me through many different pathologies and injuries from the onset through the final stages of rehabilitation and beyond. I hope to serve you soon and finally receive the relief you deserve! About Me: My name is Melissa Johnston and I am the founder of Massage Therapy with Melissa Johnston. Before Massage Therapy school I had studied Kinesiology and was preparing for a career in Personal Training. I started my journey into Massage Therapy in 2016 after a personal injury left me searching for answers. I then went on to work inside of an amazing Physical Therapy clinic that allowed me to work in both of my passions, Exercise and Massage, which I believe have helped me become the Therapist I am today. I attended school at National Holistic Institute in Sacramento where I received Certification for Massage Therapist and Health Educator. I also hold Certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine for Correctional Exercise and Fitness Nutrition. Cancellation Policy
I charge a cancellation fee of: 50% of service if cancelled within 48 hours 100% of service if cancelled within 24 hours Card on file will be charged for cancellation. If charge is denied or rejected from your bank, you will not be allowed back on the schedule.
